WEARSHIELD

WEARSHIELD is an ultra-hard composite weld overlay wear plate having high chromium carbide alloy metallurgically fused to the carbon steel substrate by robotic process for exceptional abrasion and impact resistance. Wearshield exhibits superior wear resistance to both fine & coarse grain abrasive media. The improved chemistry balance and an exceptionally refined microstructure containing hard M7C3 carbides in the eutectic matrix with uniform hardness helps to extend the service life considerably.

WEARSHIELD Clad Plates are suitable for severe abrasive wear and moderate to low impact. These are widely used in mining, power generation, cement, steel making, sugar,dredging,construction machinery & glass production industries.
